Q: Chaotic?
A: Yes, chaotic. I do not believe in random. Anything that you think is random
is actually controlled by very minute variations which you cannot see, and thus is
subject to the realm of choas theory, rather than being true randomness. Although
there exist very good psuedo-random generators, the simple fact is that nothing
whatsoever is truely random, except on a mathematician's chalkboard.

Q: What is a chaotic outburst, anyway?
A: Whatever you want it to be. Maybe it's a shout out to a friend. Maybe a joke, or a quote, or a saying, or whatever. You make it up - it's your outburst.
Q: I wrote down my outburst number and now it's gone. Where did it go?
A: If an outburst's rating sinks low enough with a large enough number of votes,
then it is removed from the pool. I figure if that many people are strongly disliking it,
it deserves to be taken out.
